]]> Breathe Free + is a blend of fractionated coconut oil and eucalyptus, peppermint, lemon, cardamom, tea tree and laurel leaf pure essential oils.  It helps support the health of the respiratory system and maintain clear airways.  It may also aid in minimizing seasonal threats.  Rub directly onto the chest or under the nose for free breathing.  You may also massage this oil onto the bottoms of the feet.

This oil blend has an herbaceous and minty aroma, yet it is fresh.  You may diffuse it into the air, or breathe directly from the bottle.  You may also put some in your hands and cup your hands over your nose to breathe in the aroma.

]]> Peppermint, or Mentha piperita, may promote healthy respiratory function and clear breathing.  You will probably recognize the flavor from chewing gum or toothpaste.  Very uplifting and cooling, you will find this oil great for hot flashes or staying awake on that long drive.  Restaurants often give out peppermint candies after your meal to help ease any digestive discomfort.  This roller bottle contains pure Peppermint essential oil that contains a dilution of fractionated coconut oil.  You may apply this oil directly on the skin.

Peppermint essential oil has been used to freshen breath, to relieve   gas, indigestion and headaches. It is a very popular flavoring in candy, as well as toothpaste and mouthwash, and other food items.
