Bach Flower Rescue Remedy is successful on stressful days where we suffer from impatience, as well as tension and pressure.  Rescue® Remedy helps us relax, focus more clearly and get the calmness we need.  This is the remedy to use in emergencies.  If you receive sudden bad news, a family upset or a bereavement; if you are fearful, in a state of confusion, or even in terror, Rescue Remedy will help you face the situation in a better frame of mind.

Dr. Bach created this remedy using a combination of five of his flower remedies, including Impatiens, Cherry Plum, Star of Bethlehem, as well as Rock Rose and Clematis.  You may dilute this Bach Flower Rescue Remedy and use as a lotion.  You may also use a couple of drops directly from the bottle unless the skin is severely broken.

Dilute four drops in a small glass of water and sip at frequent intervals until relief is obtained.  If there is no water or other liquid on hand, the user can be given drops directly from the bottle.  This should be done with caution.  Since all the remedies are preserved in brandy, this entails a direct intake of alcohol, which may not be acceptable to everyone for religious or other reasons.
